  I keep going to this place because it is convenient for me. However I'm not sure why I keep returning. I went November 2016 to get a long Bob. I asked to have the shortest part of the hair to start at the bottom of my neck. What I received was the stubs of hair on top of my head that wouldn't even wrap around the smallest curling iron. Hands down the worst haircut I ever received and was in tears. Went back a year after for a half inch trim and received 3 inches off instead.
  I had taken my son there last week for a fade and it was so choppy all over with long strands of hair sporadicly missed. He ended up with bangs (which I kept saying I did not want) and even the unwanted bangs we're at a straight diagonal. I ended up taking him to the barber college and he received a more professional haircut. I was extremely satisfied with these students work. Even the instructors mentioned how awful it was. I will absolutely never return to great clips again. With how many negative reviews this place gets....I'm surprised they are even in business still.

  I checked in online, was given a 10 min wait time. Michelle (new to this store) waa my hairstylist. I told her what I was looking for, she listened then gave a suggestion based on my calics. I was surprised I expect that type od service from a Great Clips.
  To make a long story short, Love my haircut she was fast without making me feel rushed!!
  If ypur looking for recommendations go see Michelle at the Riverbank Great Clips.
